TITA began long before it became a business.

Growing up, fresh handmade flour tortillas made by La Tita were a tradition at our family table. With family roots in Sonora, Mexico, her flour tortilla recipe was passed down through our family and became the recipe we still proudly use today.

In the 1990s, La Tita began selling her tortillas to friends and family, planting the seed for what would one day become our family business.

In 2020, that dream became a reality. We started making and delivering fresh flour tortillas from our kitchen in Tijuana. What began with just 15 packages a week quickly grew into our own tortilla factory, eventually supplying major supermarkets and some of Tijuana’s top restaurants.

In 2024, we crossed the border and established TITA US, bringing the same commitment to quality and service to the San Diego market.

Today, TITA Premium Mexican Food Products offers much more than flour tortillas. Our growing selection includes corn tortillas, tostadas, chips, fresh masa, blue corn products, large burrito-size tortillas, and other carefully selected Mexican food products. Beyond our own TITA flour tortillas, we partner with local producers to bring our customers carefully selected Mexican food products that meet the quality standards we believe in.

Through everything we do, one principle remains simple:
